Goodevening,i work as 2 gouvernante in 4stars hotel in Switzerland....before i was in 5 stars L.i have some problem with my manager because sue told me that i m slowly to inspect the rooms.what ha the time for inspect one room and what i have to inspect?......she inspects the room in 5 minutes.....i m very Sas because my srandards before was very different.thank you for your time and for this blog also. ..Luana
