Gastronomic Restaurant Dublin. Open for 24 years. French / Asian. Position for a m/f Chef de Partie. Kitchen team 10. Closed Sunday. 2 days off. 20 days holidays per annum. 1 split only per week. Gross monthly salary €2200 plus €1000 in tips per month average. Send CV
