Sur l'île d'Aruba dans les Antilles Néerlandaises ayant comme thématique une cuisine 'Française, Internationale, Bistro, Bar à Ambiance en Jardin tropical (150 à 250 couverts jour). We are looking for a Manager - Opening and closing the restaurant - Day to day operations and the beverage department - Assist the chef in the daily front service - Hiring, training and oversight of restaurant - Make sure the restaurant meets its service and sales objectives - Handle beverage inventories and supplies - Have the staff hours ready to process for payroll - Formulate work schedules on a weekly or monthly basis and outline each staff member's work duties Requirement - Post-secondary diploma/degree in Business or Hospitality an asset - Minimum 2 years' experience in a high volume, fast paced hospitality environment - Experience working in both fine dining and casual restaurants - Ability to demonstrate extreme organization in a fast-paced environment while acting as a team player - A passion for beverage, food and service is a must - Must be able to work night, weekends and holidays English is a must, Spanish is a plus Envoyer vos Cv à Whatsapp +297 7340026 www.bohemianaruba.com Facebook/Instagram: bohemianaruba
