Et Voila!, a vibrant Belgian bistro, is seeking an experienced and energetic Floor Manager to oversee front-of-house operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The Floor Manager will lead the service team, maintain high standards of hospitality and efficiency, and support a smooth, collaborative flow between front and back of house. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach during busy service periods. Salary : $70.000 to $90.000 Visa Sponsor with conditions Qualifications: • A minimum of 5 years a Assistant Manager or Floor Manager or similar role in a high-volume Restaurant • To meet the J-1 trainee requirements, participants must have a degree or professional certificate in Hospitality management from a foreign recognized post-secondary academic institution* and at least one year of prior related full-time work experience in your occupational field outside the United States or five years of work experience outside the United States in the desired training field • Strong knowledge of Wine a Spirit • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask. • Passion for food, innovation, and delivering exceptional dining experiences. • Prove English language proficiency
