GAIA is a contemporary Greek-Mediterranean restaurant built on the belief that food is memory, connection, and joy. Founded by Evgeny Kuzin in partnership with Chef Izu Ani, GAIA opened in October 2018 with a vision to reimagine Greek dining through authenticity and heart. Over the years, it has evolved into a destination celebrated for its soul, texture, and timeless character. Guided by Chefs Izu Ani and Orestis Kotefas, the culinary philosophy celebrates simplicity, quality, and the essence of Mediterranean living.
