We are a gastronomic restaurant in Dublin open for 25 Years www.pearl-brasserie.com We currently have a position for Chef de Rang. Menu French Asian 2 days off plus Bank Holidays. 20 days holidays per annum. 1 split only per week. Closed Sunday Gross salary €2340 plus tips between €800-€1300 per month. No accommodation provided.
