Artisan Restaurant is seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead its gastronomic kitchen and deliver a refined, high-level culinary experience. We are looking for a French Chef, or a Chef who has trained and worked in Michelin-starred French restaurants, with a deep understanding of French gastronomy, classical techniques, and modern culinary creativity. The Head Chef will be responsible for the culinary direction of the restaurant, ensuring excellence in quality, creativity, and consistency while maintaining the highest standards of fine dining. Artisan aims to become one of the leading gastronomic destinations in the Caribbean, and the Head Chef will play a key role in shaping its reputation and identity.
