Key Responsibilities: • Support the F&B Director in overseeing the hotel's restaurants, bars, banquet operations, and in-room dining services. • Maintain the highest standards of service across all F&B outlets, ensuring an unparalleled luxury experience for guests. • Lead and motivate a team of chefs, waitstaff, and bar staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. • Collaborate on menu development, ensuring innovation, quality, and alignment with the hotel's luxury standards. • Manage supplier relationships to ensure the best quality ingredients and products. • Drive revenue growth and implement cost-control measures while maintaining outstanding quality. • Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are met and exceeded. • Assist with event planning and execution, ensuring flawless banquet and catering services for high-profile clients. • Conduct regular staff training and mentoring to enhance skills and service levels. • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall F&B experience. Key Requirements: • Proven experience in a leadership role within a 5-star luxury hotel F&B department. • A strong understanding of fine dining, bar operations, and banquet services in a high-end hospitality setting. • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences and maintaining luxury standards. • Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple priorities with finesse. • Strong business acumen with experience in cost control and revenue management. • Knowledge of Irish hospitality regulations and best practices is a plus.
