We are currently looking to fill the following positions: Chef de Partie (J1 Visa eligible ) Sous Chef (E2 Visa eligible ) Chef de Cuisine (E2 Visa eligible) Sous Chef Exécutif (E2 Visa eligible) Chef Exécutif (E2 Visa eligible) Chef de Partie – J1 Visa Program : We welcome international candidates who are passionate about gastronomy and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment that demands dedication and high standards. Ideal candidates have: -Two to three years of experience as a Chef de Partie -Michelin star or fine dining experience (preferred) -Strong background in high-volume luxury kitchens -Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage) -Passion, discipline, and a collaborative mindset -Strong communication and organizational abilities -Professional appearance and a positive attitude -Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays About the J1 Visa Program: RDG supports international candidates through the J1 Trainee Visa, a United States program created for young professionals seeking hands-on experience abroad. This twelve-month training visa allows participants to learn how RDG hospitality and culinary operations function from within, offering exposure to a fast-paced and refined environment. Program includes: -One year of structured training -Mentorship from chefs with Michelin star backgrounds -The opportunity to elevate your culinary skills and expand your global career profile Senior Positions (Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef Exécutif, Chef Exécutif) – E2 Visa : For senior culinary positions, we welcome international candidates eager to grow and contribute to a high-standard hospitality environment.
